Widgets

Who?  What?  Where?  When?  Why?

  • Who?  Widget code is made by the Digital Ministry team so that you can paste it onto your website!  Widgets are updated automatically.
  • What?  They are just a free and easy service to provide content and other features to your website. 
  • Where?  On your website or blog.  You paste the code ANYWHERE you can place HTML.
  • When?  Whenever you feel.  If you have a WebFCA site the online ministry can teach you how to put this content on your website.
  • Why?  Because it allows you to have content on your website updated automatically and easily.

Follow the steps below and get any of the widgets below on your website!

  1. Find the widget you'd like to place on your site
  2. Login to your website
  3. Click "Add Element" where you'd like the widget to appear
  4. Select "Text"
  5. Click "Text" > Settings
  6. Click the "HTML" tab underneath the text box
  7. Copy the code from the box below
  8. And paste it into the text box
  9. Click "Update"
  10. Your widget should now be on your page!

Social Media Icons

Adding these elements to your website is easy.  All you are going to do is follow the steps at the top with the box below.  To customize the links you will have to edit the code.  You'll have to edit the red area you see below.

If you would like to remove the buttons you have to delete them manually.  You can tell which icon/button is which because they are contained with in the <p></p> tag's.
