Creating a Form (Part 1)

1. Login to your website
2. Click "Add Element" and Select "Form" from the drop down list. Click "Add"
3. Under the Form Element click "Edit Form" to create the fields you want on the form
4. Click the fields on the left in order to add them to the form. Once added, you can edit the field by clicking on it
5. You can change the name of the form, add a description of the form, and add email notification under the "Form Settings" tab
6. In form settings, click "Advanced Settings" to edit the confirmation page and email
7. Be sure to "Save Form" when you are done making edits
